Our Accelerated Collection Strategy (ACS) includes an enhanced debtor profile from Smyth Credit's national CreditPay™ credit information system, plus collection and trade payment data from Smyth's RationalScore Network™, which has 50 million payment histories.

The same day an account is received, an ACS manager reviews the claim, the critical credit, collection and payment data, develops the ACS approach, and assigns it to a skilled professional Recovery Agent. ACS includes:

1. Enhanced Debtor Profile (EDP)
2. Collection approach detailed
3. Recovery Agent and Supervisor assignment
4. Control, Follow up and escalation sequence

Unlike other agencies, even before the first call, our collection professionals have a strategic advantage in dealing with a debtor:

• Using our Enhanced Debtor Profile, the recovery agent has access to the debtor's situation, i.e., owners, judgments, liens, credit cards, and payment habits.
• Collection action is initiated within 24 hours of receipt of the claim.
